L1 Tweak (auto)

Rename, extract function, null-guard, copy fix, style. No req/stack/milestone change. Example: validateSession token-expiry order swap.

L2 Local Fix (no ask, §8 row mandatory)

Add optional field, split one task into two, swap equivalent library inside current M. Steps: stop task -> Blueprint §3/§5 -> §8 row -> todos -> Check.

L3 Drift (freeze + Re-shape request)

Req/stack/milestone change, 2nd consecutive L2 miss, tech path dead. Never auto-fix. Emit the 5-line Re-shape request and wait.

Anti-pattern: repeated L2s smuggling a direction change. Three L2s per milestone max; the 4th is L3 by definition.
