Task Projection Protocol (Generic + OpenCode Adapter)
Task Projection Protocol (Generic + OpenCode Adapter)
Generic Rules
- Blueprint §5 is the only truth. Projection (todo list, checklist, board) mirrors it.
- Todo content starts with the stable ID:
S1-T1 ... | M1 | depends: .... - Exactly one
in_progress. Flip immediately on change; never batch at the end. - Durable mirror: on completion also flip the Blueprint §5 line
[ ]to[x]. Tool states are ephemeral; the checkbox is the visible state. - New work: Blueprint §5 + §8 first, then todo. Rework: new ID (
Rework from S1-T2), old marked obsolete.
OpenCode Adapter
- Map truth to the built-in todo tool each turn; keep at most the current milestone slice (3-5 items).
- Before starting: read Blueprint §4 to confirm macro position. After finishing: append §8 row when L2+.
- Startup ID check: execute
../scripts/check-ids.sh <BLUEPRINT.md>; mismatch stops the run. Never hand-compare IDs.
