Run parallel tracks, output verdicts with evidence, not essays.

Tech: key assumption, smallest proof (spike/doc/benchmark), pass/fail + evidence.
Business: assumption, data needed, current support level, cheapest next validation.
Competition: 2-3 alternatives in a table (approach/cost/limit).
Risks: list with trigger + mitigation + owner section (§7).
Correction: what changed in §3/§5 as a result, linked to §8 row.
